The Short Version
SiteCalc collects no personal data. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no way to see what you do in the app.

What We Collect
Nothing. SiteCalc has no analytics, no tracking, no ads, no user accounts, and no server. There is no backend. Every calculation runs entirely on your device.
Data Storage
Your saved jobs, calculations, photos, and price overrides are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you have iCloud enabled, Apple syncs this data across your devices through CloudKit, governed by Apple's privacy policy and iCloud terms of service. We don't access, process, or store your synced data. Apple's role with respect to your iCloud data is governed by your agreement with Apple.
Photos
Photos you attach to saved calculations are re-encoded on import, which removes EXIF metadata (location, timestamps). The processed photos are stored in the app's local storage (not your Photo Library) and sync through iCloud if enabled.
Voice Input and Siri
Voice recognition uses Apple's Speech framework. On supported devices (A12 chip or later with the on-device model downloaded), speech is processed entirely on your device. On older devices or when the on-device model isn't available, Apple processes speech audio on their servers per Apple's privacy policy. When you use SiteCalc through Siri or Apple Shortcuts, Apple processes your voice input through their Siri pipeline. We don't receive, store, or have access to any voice or Siri interaction data.
Camera (AR Measurement)
The AR measurement feature accesses your camera through Apple's ARKit framework. Camera data is processed on-device in real time. No images or measurement data are stored or transmitted. The app requests camera permission before first use.
Spotlight Search
SiteCalc indexes calculator names and descriptions into your device's Spotlight search index so you can find calculators from your home screen. This data contains no personal information. It stays on your device.
Material Prices
The price database is bundled with the app. Your custom price overrides are stored locally on your device. No pricing data is sent to any server.
Third-Party Services
SiteCalc uses zero third-party SDKs, analytics tools, crash reporters, or ad networks. The only external service involved is Apple's iCloud/CloudKit for optional data sync, governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Cookies and Tracking
SiteCalc doesn't use cookies, pixels, fingerprinting, or any tracking technology.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data is stored locally until you delete it. You can delete individual jobs and calculations within the app. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data. iCloud data can be managed through Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage on your device. We have no ability to access or delete your data because we never receive it.
Children's Privacy
SiteCalc is intended for users age 18 and older, as stated in our Terms of Use. The app collects no personal information from any user. Because the app has no accounts, no analytics, and no server, there's no mechanism to collect information from anyone of any age.
Data Security
Your local data is protected by your device's built-in encryption (iOS Data Protection). iCloud data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple.
Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for storing your data locally and syncing via iCloud is performance of the contract between you and Creayo LLC when you use the app (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). iCloud sync occurs only when you enable it through your device settings.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, and similar laws, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. SiteCalc stores data on your device and, if enabled, in your iCloud account. We can't directly access this data. To exercise your rights: delete individual items within the app, manage iCloud storage through iOS Settings, or contact us at privacy@creayodev.com and we'll assist where technically possible.
Do Not Sell or Share
We don't sell or share personal information as defined by the California Privacy Rights Act. We don't engage in targeted advertising, profiling, or cross-context behavioral advertising. We have no personal information to sell or share.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be included in an app update.
